Company Name: Leveled Cabinetry & Kitchens

Location: Austin, Texas

Welcome to Leveled Cabinetry & Kitchens. By accessing our website, visiting our design studio, or purchasing our cabinetry, countertops, and design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Leveled Cabinetry & Kitchens, whether through our digital platforms, consultations, or direct purchase orders, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, alongside our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services or purchasing our products.

2. Products, Estimates, and Quotations

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, finishes, materials (such as quartz and natural granite slabs), and specifications of our Korean cabinetry and hardware as accurately as possible. However, natural stone variations and digital screen differences may occur.

  • Quotations & Pricing: Price quotes provided during consultations or via our website are estimates and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing. Due to fluctuating market conditions for raw materials, prices are subject to change prior to formal contract execution and deposit receipt.

  • Custom Orders: Because our cabinetry and stone surfaces are custom-configured or cut-to-spec for your specific layout, all custom orders require a non-refundable deposit before production or sourcing begins.

3. Measurements and Site Conditions

  • Field Verification: Final architectural drawings, cabinet layouts, and countertop fabrications rely on accurate measurements. If measurements are provided by the client, builder, or independent contractor, Leveled Cabinetry & Kitchens is not liable for discrepancies or fitting errors resulting from inaccurate dimensions.

  • Job Site Readiness: Clients or their contractors are responsible for ensuring that the installation site is structurally sound, level, dry, and ready for cabinetry and stone installation by the agreed-upon delivery date.

4. Delivery, Inspection, and Acceptance

  • Delivery Timeline: Estimated lead times and delivery dates are provided in good faith based on manufacturer schedules and shipping conditions. Leveled Cabinetry & Kitchens is not liable for delays caused by supply chain disruptions, transport issues, or force majeure events.

  • Inspection: Upon delivery or pickup, the client or their designated contractor must inspect all cabinetry boxes, doors, hardware, and stone slabs for visible defects or transit damage. Any claims for damage or missing items must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  • Custom Goods: Due to the custom-ordered nature of our cabinetry and cut-to-size stone countertops, all custom orders are final sale once production or slab cutting has been initiated. Cancellations after production has started will result in the forfeiture of all deposits paid.

  • Standard Hardware/Accessories: Unused, standard-stock items (such as select cabinet pulls or accessory bins) may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, subject to prior written approval and a restocking fee.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  • Manufacturer Warranties: Our cabinetry and stone products are backed by their respective manufacturer warranties covering structural integrity and defects in craftsmanship. Details are available upon request.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Leveled Cabinetry & Kitchens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including project delays, contractor labor costs, or temporary housing expenses, arising out of or in connection with our products or services.

7. Trade and Builder Programs

Builders, general contractors, and interior designers participating in our trade programs are subject to separate agreement terms regarding wholesale pricing, payment terms, and project liability. Trade discounts may be revoked at our discretion for failure to meet account terms or minimum volume requirements.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Austin, Texas.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
